Willow felt like slapping him. "He's testing us! He wants to only recruit the best of the best and he's testing us! Right now! Don't add to the reasons why he should recruit you!" Willow bellowed the words and they echoed off the brick walls of alleyways. Willow sat down. She couldn't believe she had just screamed so loud. It was so obvious to Willow that he was testing them. She could almost see him crossing out names in his imaginary notepad. "We should go. And forget about this." She said quietly.

Valor looked as if he was about to lunge at Feroz and rip his throat open. He was just toying with us for his own enjoyment! How could I not figure it out sooner?! The stray took a deep breath to calm himself down. The last thing he wanted was to get into a fight with the leader of the Asesinos. "Before I take my leave, I have something to say to you. And I'll say it in your native tongue. Usted y sus seguidores lucha por el dominio. Eso es tarea de tontos aquí. No importa lo que haces, los humanos se mantendrá en la parte superior. Los Guardianes no puede cambiar eso, y tampoco puede." Valor muttered to Feroz in a cold tone. "Usted va a terminar destruida en la libra si se mantiene este juego tonto para arriba. Salir mientras que usted está por delante, que mutt estúpido." With that, the wolf-gray mixed breed walked away from the group of dogs, giving off the impression that he could care less about being followed.
ooc: Just so you know, I used the Spanish dialogue to teach myself the language. I'm half-Mexican, and I don't know Spanish. I mean I know a few words and phrases, but I can't speak it fluently. You have to admit that's a little embarassing, especially when I see my Mexican relatives more often than my American relatives.

Feroz didn't move as he listened to what Valor had to say, the same smug grin remaining plastered on his face. After a moment, he watched as Valor turned and began to head out of the alley way. "Vamos a ver." He replied flatly. He made sure he said it loud enough for Valor to hear him before he disappeared out of the alley. The same sly grin remained stuck to Feroz's face as his dark red eyes shifted to look down at the other dogs, waiting for them to leave the alley and follow after their little friend who thought he knew it all. Him and all of the other dogs of the streets would be in for a big surprise when they found out about what Feroz had planned next.

Eclipse had lost interest, wandering away deeper into the alley and leaving the Blue Heeler and her canine companions to their own devices. They could take care of themselves.
Suddenly a burst of agitated barking reached her. Eclipse looked back, her ears perked up and her snose sniffing the air in curiosity. What was going on? Another fight, like the one at the restaurant she witnessed some time ago?
The Blue Heeler sure knew how to get herself in trouble.
Last time Eclipse was too stunned to help in the fight, the brutality of the strays in this city surprising her. She'd only participated in major, blood-drawing fights a few times in her wanderings around the area- most dogs on the outskirts were too starved to manage more than a short chase and a few painful nips. There wasn't as much sustainence out in the human-created wastelands than there was here.
This time, if there really was a fight, she should watch. Learn from the fighters.
She crept back towards the street, keeping to the shadows just in case the situation was more dangerous than she thought, for she smelled tension in the air.

No... he's not testing us, thought Willow. It finally dawned on her that he was planning something evil. Pure evil. And there might not be anything Willow could do. Willow ran to below where the Rottweiler was sitting. "No! No! Why!? Why!? What?! What?!" She yowled as she flung herself against the brick wall. She longed to be up where he was. She would wring him. And once she snapped his neck she would drag the body to the Outskirts and sit atop it waving to all his brainwashed slaves.

The agitated snarls and barks continued, the Blue Heeler's echoing high above the others.
Eclipse realized that she never got the stray's name.
The female was flinging herself against the brick wall, screaming incoherent question. Eclipse sighed, glancing to her companions. They looked angry and ruffled too, but didn't seem the sort to go randomly picking fights with random strays.
So she stepped out of the shadows of the alleyway, a bit hesitantly for she wasn't used to approaching large groups of dogs like this. "Heeler, stop. Seriously. You're going to injure yourself."

Willow snorted. "Hurt myself? Are you really worried about me hurting myself?" Willow nodded at the large shadow of a Rottweiler. "See him? Leader of Asesinos. Know what he wants to do with all us neutral strays?" Willow turned around to face the dog. "Kill us. All of us. And he's unstoppable." Willow turned to again to the wall scratching it in vain. Her nails were bleeding and she was exhausted. Not to mention her halfway healed leg. "Listen why don't you go back to the park and enjoy your last moments with your owners." Willow made a Shoo notion with her paw indicating Eclipse should stay out of her business.

Eclipse glanced up at the porch, her fur bristling when the Blue Heeler mentioned so boldly that he was the leader of the Asesinos. "Well. This changes my perspective a bit..." She muttered in reply to the female.
So this was the feared leader of the dog gang?
Hm. This was more dangerous than she thought. Her heart started to pound. Would the leader of the Asesinos really be scared off by a larger group? He surely wasn't disappearing off the porch above them in a retreat.
The last comment about her owners didn't really ruffle her anymore. "My owners are in Russia." She said, feigning a yawn to show that she wasn't going to listen to the Blue Heeler's every word like an obedient puppy.
"But don't you think you should conserve your strength in case he comes back again and demands a fight?"

Feroz just sat on his perch, enjoying the fight the two females were having amongst themselves. Just his presence brought chaos and just the thought of that brought a smile to his face. He didn't speak, just gazed down at the crazed Blue Heeler who kept throwing herself at the brick wall, thinking that she would be able to reach him though it was obvious she couldn't. And even if she did, he could easily kill her with one swipe of his claws. He hadn't become the leader of the Asesinos without being lethal. Dark red eyes gazed down at them and he tilted his head a little, wondering why they didn't just leave already. Instead they stayed and argued about whether they should leave. Oh well. He wasn't complaing. It was pretty entertaining for him.

Willow sighed. There was no point in fighting the inevitable. Willow sighed and walked away. Zaida could stay if she wanted. Besides it was a game he was playing. But Willow was not going to play. She was tired of being stray. She was now 'loner'. Willow walked out of the alleyway with a yawn. She hadn't slept in 2 days. She was long past tired. She was exhausted! And all the activity! Fighting, running, and scratching at walls. All these activities made her feel sick and tired of stray life. She wondered what the Guardians were doing to stop the Asesinoss' chaos. Hopefully they would think of something. Soon. Thinking of what Feroz was plotting against the strays sent a shiver down her spine.

Eclipse watched the Blue Heeler sigh and walk away. Personality change much? She thought to herself, remembering the heated way which the female flung herself at the wall just moments ago.
And she still hadn't caught the female's name.
Eclipse sighed herself, her brown eyes looking skywards towards the porch the Asesinos leader was. He could hardly be seen now. Maybe he had already left.
"Well," She said, turning to Valor and Zaida. "It would be wise to leave now before he decides to attack us." She turned to leave as well, but paused, casting another glance up at the porch.

Willow turned around at the words 'attack' and 'leave'. She trotted back up. "The dog is right. Let's go!" She was dieing to leave and was scared that Feroz might actually go back and get his backup. While she was attacking the wall she thought about what Valor had said. She didn't understand it well but she could pick out fragments like 'humans on top' and 'destroyed in pound'. She quickly realized it was true and heaved a huge sigh of relief. She didn't wait till the other dogs followed. She wanted to go to the park and fall asleep. Preferably without guests.

Zaida knew that the other two she-dogs were right, and she longed to follow her new friend Willow. However, Valor had a negative effect on Zaida. Now that she was with him, she didn't want to leave him. If he left, she would leave too, but she wasn't about to let him get killed now that she knew where he was! He seemed to fill the hole in her life, and she was resolved to win him over or die trying. "Val-or. They are right. He is only taunting. If he is out of reach and is not doing anything, there is not much we can do but leave. We have given him enough satisfaction in our replies. We should give his words no more heed and leave this place!"
